This is our biggest announcement since launching the Osin Loop.

In line with our goal of ending circadian disruption, we want to make the Osin Loop accessible to anyone who lacks natural light in their office. That is why we are excited to announce something many of you have requested.

Introducing the Osin Starter plan. Subscribing to our Starter plan means you’ll receive an Osin Loop and our extended protection plan where you can get a Loop for an affordable monthly fee.

Last month we began piloting Osin Starter in New Zealand, and we've had such an amazing response that we're now conducting a second round in Australia. We’re looking for early adopters who want to help shape the future of workplace well-being.

Here's what's in it for you:

45-day free trial: Pay nothing upfront and receive an Osin Loop. After your free trial ends, the price is AUD $29.00/mo. Cancel anytime.

Who can sign up for early access?

We are on the hunt for people who are ready to start improving their relationship with light. You must be physically located in Australia for this early-access program. We plan to expand to more locations in the future.

Is this rent to own?

No. It’s a membership (like a gym membership). Osin retains ownership of the Loop. If subscriptions aren’t your thing, we still offer the option to purchase Osin Loop for $499 or in several payments using Afterpay.

What is the extended protection programme?

Our protection plan gives Osin Starters extra peace of mind. If you experience defects with your Loop that aren’t caused by accidental damage or similar external factors, we’ll replace it for free. So long as you’re subscribed.

I’m a business customer. Can I subscribe to the Osin Starter plan for my team?

What happens if I cancel?

If you decide to cancel, we’ll send you a return shipping ticket, and you’ll send the Osin Loop back to us.

What if I want to buy after subscribing?

If you've been a paying subscriber for 12 months and find yourself loving Loop (which we really hope you do), you can opt to purchase your Loop at 50% off the retail price.

What if I'm outside Australia?

Unfortunately, we are not offering the Osin Starter plan outside Australia at this time. But if it's something you're interested in, we'd love to hear from you. You can get in touch through the live chat or at hello@osinlight.com. Of course, international customers can still purchase Loop from our store.

Why are we verifying your ID?

When you subscribe to a Loop, you'll notice that we've set up a quick identity check before you dive into the free trial. This is because we are a small Kiwi company loaning you a brand new Loop to trial for free for 45 days with no downpayment required and allowing you to cancel your subscription and return it at any given time. As a company, we are taking on ALL risks, including agreeing to pay for shipping if you return it. We look forward to your understanding.
