Shipping policy

We do our best to ensure all orders within New Zealand receive are received within 2-5 working days. However, we use a third party for shipping, and therefore, it may be subject to delay's that are outside of our control. We aim to ship all Pre-Ordered products within 5 days on the specified shipping date.

When your order ships from our fulfilment warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
